Mardi Gras Suite
Sleeps 4. Room 204 (Superior King) & 205 (the Double Queen Suite) can be combined to sleep 6. The Mardi Gras Suite is perfect for groups looking to enjoy the best of New Orleans charm! With a large private balcony overlooking tree-lined Esplanade Avenue, the Mardi Gras Suite can be created with two adjoining rooms. One room has two queen beds and the other with a king bed. Featuring a living space with 3 seater sofa, the Mardi Gras Suite has memory foam mattresses, TVs, microwave and mini fridge. Toiletries by Beekman 1802, coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms. High speed wireless internet are included along with access to the pool and hot tub at our sister Mansion across the street. The Mardi Gras Suite is located on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs. You must request rooms 204 and 205 together.

Louis Armstrong Suite
Sleeps 4. Experience true New Orleans charm in our Louis Armstrong Suite with an oversized, private balcony overlooking tree-lined Esplanade Avenue. A four poster king bed and sitting area occupy the main room with a queen bedroom in another, separated by a door. The Suite comes equipped with memory foam mattresses, TV, microwave and mini fridge. Toiletries by Beekman 1802, coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms. High speed wireless internet are included along with access to the pool and hot tub. The Louis Armstrong Suite is located on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs.

Jazz Fest Suite
Sleeps 4. The Jazz Fest Suite comes equipped with two queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, a TV and sitting area, microwave, mini fridge and kitchenette. Toiletries by Beekman 1802, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms. High speed wireless internet are included along with access to the pool and hot tub at our sister Mansion across the street. The Jazz Fest Suite is located on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs.

Bungalow Blues suite
Sleeps 2. The Bungalow Blues King Suite is an excellent home base during your stay in New Orleans! With a large king bedroom and extra large living room with 2 sofas, television and kitchenette, the Bungalow Blues Suite is located in the carriage house and boasts complete privacy. Memory foam mattress, TVs, microwave, mini fridge, toiletries by Beekman 1802, coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms. High speed wireless internet are included along with access to the pool and hot tub at our sister Mansion across the street. The Bungalow Blues Suite is located on the ground floor.

Sugar Bowl Suite
Sleeps 3. The Sugar Bowl Suite is ideal for a group of two or three looking to enjoy the best of New Orleans charm! Overlooking tree-lined Esplanade Avenue, the Sugar Bowl Suite has one queen bed, a seating area, and a twin day bed and can accommodate 3 people comfortably. Memory foam mattresses, TVs, microwave and mini fridge, toiletries by Beekman 1802, coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms. High speed wireless internet are included along with access to the pool and hot tub at our sister Mansion across the street. The Sugar Bowl Suite is located on the 3rd floor, up two flights of stairs.

Sleeps 4. The French Quarter Suite is ideal for a group of up to four looking to experience New Orleans old world charm with plenty of space to relax! With a beautiful balcony overlooking Esplanade Avenue and downtown, the French Quarter Suite has two queen beds separated by a seating area with kitchenette. Memory foam mattresses, TVs, microwave and mini fridge, toiletries by Beekman 1802, coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms. High speed wireless internet are included along with access to the pool and hot tub at our sister Mansion across the street. The French Quarter Suite is located on the 3rd floor, up two flights of stairs.
