Nestled along a tree-lined boulevard in the historic Treme district, our Mansions offers the perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort—just a short 10‑minute stroll from the lively energy of Bourbon Street and only three blocks from I‑10. The Mansion located at 1244 Esplanade enjoys close access to the pool and hot tub while guests at the Mansion at 1227 Esplanade have more spacious rooms and suites.

Rooms & Suites

Each of our refined rooms is uniquely designed, featuring touches like sleigh beds, antique furnishings, and sparkling chandeliers. All accommodations include complimentary Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TVs, microwaves, and mini‑fridges. For those seeking extra space, our upgraded rooms and suites provide inviting living areas, private balconies, and select two‑bedroom suites with convenient kitchenettes. We also have several adjoining rooms that can accommodate larger groups or families traveling with children who would like more space. For those looking for a full kitchen, we have a lovely ground floor apartment with a king bed and sofa bed that can be adjoined with another king room to sleep up to 6. Guests enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast that includes coffee, tea, granola bars, oatmeal, grits and fresh fruit. Guests have access to our outdoor pool (not heated but open year round), relaxing hot tub, and on‑site bar area (BYOB). Two period lounges offer cozy spaces to unwind and soak in the mansion’s historic atmosphere. We have 4 convenient parking spaces in our gated lot and free parking is available all along Esplanade Avenue in front of the Mansions. Contact us for pricing and availability for gated parking. The Mansions at 1244 Esplanade & 1227 Esplanade are located diagonally across the street from one another. Guests at both Mansions have access to all of the property’s amenities.
